Our studio is located in the beautiful countryside of Halton Hills. It's on the Niagara Escarpment along the Bruce Trail. It is surrounded by the beauty of nature. It has large windows to welcome plenty of natural light and fresh country air. The fireplace in the yoga room adds a warm glow and additional heat when needed.
Whether you're looking for a place of relaxation, fitness, healing or connecting to inner strength, peace and joy, it is a wonderful space for all of us.
